Limited Liability Company “Corsair” (city of Mariupol) was founded in 2004 and is one of
the subdivisions of LLC “Corsair” (city of Rostov-on-Don).

At present, the network of “Corsair” companies constitute a holding with its strategic
interests in all the ports of Azov sea, both in the Ukraine and in the Russian Federation
(Rostov-on-Don, Mariupol, Taganrog, Azov, Yeysk, Berdyansk, Temryuk, Kavkaz port).

Company’s speciality is the integrated supply and provision of fleet and its coastal
objects, as well as coastal technical supplies and certification of life-saving and emergency
equipment, servicing and repair of electric navigation equipment.

Our Company has its own stations for certification and repair of life-saving and fire-
fighting equipment, Jacob’s ladder fabrication workshop, laboratory for repair of electric
navigation equipment. The Company performs all the works on the basis of Licenses and
Certificates of the Russian Shipping Registers (Sea and River), the Lloyd’s Register, the
Shipping Register of Ukraine. Our Company is an official distributor of JSC “Mine-Rescue
Equipment Factory “Horizon” (city of Lugansk) and is entitled to certify, service and prolong
the service life of the equipment. The employees of LLC “Corsair” have been trained at the
facilities of the manufacturers of life-saving equipment and have got the right to service their
products.

The availability of storage facilities, transportation facilities, repair workshops, testing
and servicing stations for life-saving equipment and protection means, as well as highly-
qualified workers, allows us to handle your orders in time, with high quality and minimal
